The Daffodils

The Daffodils were a Swedish pop- and rock band from Älmhult, who started at the end of the 1980s. The band was influenced by The Byrds, The Beatles and Creedence Clearwater Revival, and powerpop from the 70s and the 80s.

The Daffodils released six singles and two albums. Their albums, "Evergreen", from 1991 on the BMG label, and "Honey", released in 1995 by Hot Stuff, were well received by the press.In a review of the single "Saving My Tears" from "Evergreen", they were compared with the English group World Party.
