Urjanagar is situated at a distance of 10 km from Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.It is basically a residential colony for the employees of Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station opereted by Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL).It has population of approx. 10,000.The colony has two high-schools providing education up to 10th std,one in Marathi medium and other in English.
