Amateur
The very tall (1.96 m) Rasco won the bronze medal at the European Championships 1998 in Minsk, 2000 the silver medal losing to Russian Aleksandr Lebziak 4:7 at the 2000 European Amateur Boxing Championships. At the 2000 Summer Olympics he lost his first match to Sergey Mihaylov. At the World Championships 2001 he won the bronze medal in Belfast.
Pro
Rasco turned pro in Canada as a Cruiserweight but occasionally fought heavyweights. He lost own his pro debut against Paul Mbongo but upset heavyweight David Cadieux in his pro debut. In 2005 he lost his bid for the Canadian Cruiserweight title against Troy Ross by stoppage and was KOd in 2006 by undefeated German Cruiserweight prospect Marco Huck.
