After graduating from
Bennington College in1975 , she began her career as an assistant at Doubleday Publishing. In 1990, Ms. Collinsworth left Arbor House to begin Buzz Magazine, which she headed as CEO until it was bought out by Los Angeles Magazine in 1998.
