Beterverwagting

Beterverwagting, also known as B.V, is a town located in South America Guyana; on the East Coast of the Demerara river. Located roughly 10 miles from the capital Georgetown, its an important feeder village for the sugar estate located in La Bonne Intention, a village adjacent to it. [http://encarta.msn.com/mapof_9080964/Beterverwagting.html] The name Beterverwagting comes from the Dutch words "Beter verwachting" which literally means "better expectation".
