- Sweet Female Attitude
Sweet Female Attitude was an R&B duo consisting of Leanne Brown and Catherine Cassidy fact|date=May 2008who are considered a one-hit wonder in the
United Kingdom . Their April2000 single "Flowers" made it to number two in the UK charts, going on to be the 37th biggest selling single of the year, but the October follow up, "8 Days A Week" stalled at number 43. A further follow up, 2001's "Don't Tell Me" failed to chart. November '01 saw their album "In Person" released, however this also failed to chart in the UK, leading to the fourth single, "Liquid Emotion" being cancelled.Sweet FA, as the name is commonly abbreviated to, were promoted as a 'more realistic' pair of British girls who refused to conform to the industry standards of being thin and well-toned, instead being happy with their figure, as plus sized artists in the new Millennium.
In 2006, Sweet Female Attitude's hit "Flowers" was featured in the Team Ninja video game,
Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 , for the Xbox 360. The song "Dreamin'" and "Nothing To Lose" was also featured in the same game.In 2007, "Flowers" was included on the UK garage greatest hits CD
