Furylfuramide isomerase

Hence, this enzyme has one substrate, (E)-2-(2-furyl)-3-(5-nitro-2-furyl)acrylamide, and one product, (Z)-2-(2-furyl)-3-(5-nitro-2-furyl)acrylamide.
