WXEL (90.7 FM), is a National Public Radio member station in West Palm Beach, Florida, owned by Barry University, a Catholic university in Miami. Despite the Catholic-based ownership, WXEL airs no religious programming.

WXEL airs NPR national programming which includes Morning Edition, All Things Considered, Fresh Air and Marketplace, as well as classical music, including locally-produced "Joanna Marie's Classical Variations" and other locally-produced programming such as Uncorked and On The Money.

In April 2005, Barry University announced a pending purchase of WXEL FM and WXEL-TV to a group consisting of Educational Broadcasting Corporation (owners of New York City's WNET and WLIW) and the Community Broadcast Foundation of Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, a local volunteer organization. Barry University decided to terminate the sale in May, 2008.
