Rt Hon Sir William Moore Johnson, 1st Baronet KC (1828 – 9 December 1918)[cite web |url=http://www.leighrayment.com/commons/Mcommons1.htm |title=Historical list of MPs: M |work=Leigh Rayment's peerage pages |accessdate=2007-11-10] was an Irish barrister and judge.]He was the son of Rev. William Johnson, chancellor of the Diocese of Cloyne. He was educated at Dublin University, entered Lincoln's Inn in 1849, and was called to the Irish bar four years later. In 1872, he became a Queen's Counsel.[cite book | title=The Judges in Ireland, 1221-1921 | first=F. He married Susan, daughter of Richard Bayly of Green Park, the following year.He was created a Baronet (of Dublin) in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 24 November 1909 after his retirement from the court that year. The title became extinct on his death.
