Edwin Waterhouse (1841-1917) was an English
accountant . He is best known for having co-founded, withSamuel Lowell Price andWilliam Hopkins Holyland , the accountancy practice of "Price Waterhouse" that now forms part ofPriceWaterhouseCoopers .
