The station has been issued a Construction Permit (CP) by the FCC to increase power to 50,000 Watts during the daytime with a directional antenna pattern (aimed towards the city of Atlanta) from a new transmitter location. The new proposed daytime directional antenna pattern will require a 4 tower antenna array at the new transmitter site.
