She was raced as a two and three year old and won six out of six starts, earning a Race ROM and $250.00.Waggoner "Quarter Racing Digest" p. 406] Miss Pawhuska also has a stakes race named in her honor at Remington Park Track in Oklahoma City. Her owner, Dee Garrett, bred her to his champion stallion Vandy, and produced three world champions: Vandy's Flash, Vanetta Dee, Vannevar.Pitzer "Most Influential Quarter Horse Sires" p. 151-152] Vansarita Too set a new track record and Vandy's Betty and Miss Vanity earned AAA speed ratings. She died at the age of 29 in 1975.

She was inducted into the American Quarter Horse Association's (or AQHA) AQHA Hall of Fame. in 2006.
