Range

The butterfly occurs in India in the Northeast Bengal and Assam and eastwards onto Myanmar (Dawnas). It is also found in Thailand and West China.Evans,W.H.(1932) The Identification of Indian Butterflies, ser no I 9.1, pp 323.]

The type locality is Northeast Bengal.
