Security
In the school year of 2007-2008, Kingman High School adopted a shirt policy, all students are required to wear a School Approved Shirt every day to school, this school approved shirt comes in differing colors, and has a Kingman High School emblem containing its mascot on the upper left hand corner of the front of the shirt and jacket. This shirt policy was adopted to prevent non-KHS kids from hanging out on campus during school hours. This did not change any security at the school, because any person can go to the local wal-mart and buy the shirt.
The security guards at the school are mostly there for show, because even the person at the front gate just sits there and does nothing. If you are driving to school he may want you to stop, but it is not necessary because it saves time if you drive past him. The only real security is the site resource officer from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office.
