Emilio Falero

Emilio Falero (born 1944 in Sagua la Grande, Cuba) is a Cuban artist residing in Florida, U.S.A. since 1962.

He is mostly a painter. He studied painting, sculpture and ceramics with artists Rafael Soriano, Rafael Consuegra, Duane Hanson and Mark Wethley, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. between 1966-1969. He graduated at Miami Dade Community College, North Campus, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. at 1967 and Barry College, North Miami, Florida, at 1969.

Among his must relevant personal exhibitions can be included these: in 1974 at Interamerican Development Bank, Washington, D.C., U.S.A.; at 1979 "Emilio Falero. Paintings, Drawings and Works in Progress", in Forma Gallery, Coral Gables,Florida, U.S.A.; in 1986 "Correlations/Inversions: Recent Works by Emilio Falero", in Acanthus Gallery, Coral Gables, Florida, U.S.A. and in 1987 "Emilio Falero and Miguel Padura.
