Linda Todd "Toddy" Puller is a Democratic member of the Virginia Senate, representing the 36th District since 2000. Her district includes parts of Fairfax and Prince William counties. Previously she was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 1992 through 1999.

The daughter of a career Army officer, Toddy Puller graduated from Mary Washington College. She then taught fourth grade in Woodbridge.

Toddy married Lewis Puller, a young Marine on his way to the Vietnam War. Fewer than three months into his tour in Vietnam and only a few months after they were married, he was nearly killed by a land mine, losing both of his legs and six of his fingers. He later wrote his Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiography.

After Lewis earned his law degree from William and Mary, the couple settled with their son and daughter in Northern Virginia. Toddy was actively involved as a volunteer in the schools, the PTA, the United Community Ministries and numerous other organizations. Their son, Lewis, is a professional golf caddie (PGA Tour). She was widowed in 1994.
