Stara Kamienica ( _de. Alt Kemnitz) is a village in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Stara Kamienica. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
