Karate was the name of the 3rd episode of Human Weapon, a show about the history and culture of different martial arts.

Episode Synopsis

Jason and Bill go to Okinawa, Japan to learn about the history and culture of Karate. After learning different moves (such as high kicks, punches, and low kicks), Bill fights against a Karate Blackbelt master. Although he does not win, Bill was capable of withstanding the 3-minute fight and hold his ground.

Jason and Bill learned:High Kicks-a high kick to the faceLow Kicks-a low kick into the knee, designed to injure and crippleRotational Punch-a punch that is rotated to increase its power

Training

As they go from place to place, Jason and Bill try different methods of training such as weight lifting, bamboo punching, and tree kicking.
