Stop Six is a neighborhood in south-east Fort Worth, Texas (USA).
Stop Six, a mostly African-American working class neighborhood ["Pentecostal Preacher Sherman Allen Turns Out to Be Reverend Spanky." "Dallas Observer". [http://www.dallasobserver.com/2008-02-21/news/pentecostal-preacher-sherman-allen-turns-out-to-be-reverend-spanky/2 2] .] , was once home to the sixth stop on the old Interurban train line that ran between Fort Worth and Dallas. The neighborhood is a historic African-American neighborhood. As of 2005, the neighborhood has experienced a rebirth. Despite years of suffering from a significant crime problem, small businesses have returned to Stop Six and the crime rate has gone down. Stop six is the most gangsta hood in all of Funky Town.
