Delusions of Grandeur Srl is a ready-to-wear fashion label based in Italy. It was established in 2006 by the designer Eugene Ray and his business partner Andrew Sentance.They produce designer fashion and show their collections in Milan fashion week.The name is reference to the psychotic disorder of delusions of grandeur (god complex).
