RMS-009 Septem

The RMS-009 Septem is a mobile suit of the Space Revolutionary Army which is, in many points, similar to the RMS-006 Jenice, as a superior general purpose model. That influence in its design can be obviously noticed even in its head sensor, which returns to the model used by the Jenice, rather than keeping the new head sensor introduced by its other predecessor, the RMS-007G Juragg.

One improvement over the Jenice was the addition of high speed hovering systems in the legs. With this system, the Septem could hover over the ground at high speed. Like many other mobile suits, many Septem units survived the war and landed in the hand of different parties and civilians, which used them for their own purpose. It also replaces the Jenice's chest mounted machine cannons and vulcans with 2 stronger machine guns.

Like other mobile suits created previously to the beginning of the After War calendar, the Septem is based on an Universal Century design, in this case, it's an homage to the MS-09 Dom. The name Septem is a play on the word September.
