"'World Technological University (WTU) was established in 1997 for theamalgamation of the international, national and regional efforts forthe further development and perfection of the persistent technologicaleducation. It is the only institute of higher education that worksunder the aegis of UNESCO to execute the decree of the RussianFederation Government from the January the 6th 1997, 13. Thisproject of UNESCO has been aimed at the internationalization trainingof personnel in the sphere of high technology all over the world. Theaim of WTU is to provide the integration of the best universitiesefforts for the spread of knowledge, high technologies and besidesensuring the moderateness of education.

71 departments do the work towards 21-direction training of personnelin WTU structure. WTU collaborates with 82 Russian universities, amongthem Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman (MSTU), Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and others. The education works notonly in Russia, but abroad. The links are established between theuniversities of Italy, France, Swiss land, the USA and Malays.
