Sydspissen concentration camp

Sydspissen concentration camp, near Tromsø in northern Norway, was built with slave labor in the summer of 1942 to serve as the primary camp for prisoners in Northern Norway during the Nazi occupation of Norway. The camp ended up being too small for the influx of prisoners and was moved across the sound to Krøkebærsletta.
