History
2005: Mamiye acquired Flapdoodles Apparel launching and juniors jeanswear.
2006: the company bought the rights to produce Bongo's branded apparel.
2007: the company purchased the "Little Me" kids clothing brand from S. Schwab Company. At the same time they decided to not absord the "Little Me" employees and making those employees unemployed due to agreement of sale of "Little Me"
