He played for a number of clubs in Argentina andSpain as well as representing theArgentina national football team on two occasions in 1994.Flores started his career with Vélez Sársfield in 1990, he went on to play a major part in the clubs most successful era in the mid 1990s. During his time at the club, they won three league titles, the
Copa Libertadores in 1994, theCopa Intercontinental ,Copa Interamericana and theSupercopa Sudamericana .In 1996 Flores joined Las Palmas in the Spanish
Segunda División . In 1998 he joinedDeportivo de La Coruña inLa Liga where he was part of the championship winning team of 1999-2000. He also won theSupercopa de España in 2000.Flores then played for
Real Valladolid , Mallorca andCiudad de Murcia before returning to Argentina in 2004 to play for Independiente.In 2006 while at
Alvarado de Mar del Plata Flores announced his retirement from football only to joinLyn Oslo inNorway in March 2007.
