- Marcel Boyer

Marcel Boyer is the Bell Canada Professor of industrial economics at the Université de Montréal, CIRANO research Fellow and also vice-president and chief economist at the Montreal Economic Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Boyer is featured in the 2010 Canadian documentary film Water On The Table, where he debates water rights issues.
