On The Run (zh-tp|t=我很忙|p=Wǒ Hěn Máng) is Jay Chou's 8th album. It was set to be released on November 2, 2007, but was leaked to the Internet on October 31, 2007. The literal translation for the album is "I'm Very Busy".

This album was promoted via Onda Media Players, in which part of his album cover was printed on the front, his signature on the Media Player itself, and in certain cases a small selection of his songs and music videos are included on the media player.

"The Cowboy On The Run", "Rainbow", and "Unparalleled" were three singles first released to radio stations. "The Cowboy On The Run" is a country track, as Chou himself stated he wanted to try something new. "The Cowboy On The Run" was aired on Hit FM.

The literal translation for track 1 is "The Cowboy is Busy". This track also illustrates the theme for the album and its cover. The song reflects some things in Chou's real life. Also one particular phrase in the chorus is inspired by Guey Lun-Mei, who starred opposite Chou in the movie Secret.

Track 3's title "Blue and White" refers to antique Chinese porcelain. Its literal translation is "Blue Flower Pot".

Track 5 "Dandelion's Promise" contains the melody from two songs in Jay Chou's movie "Secret", the main melody being "Lu Xiao Yu Li Ke Bai 1" (translates to Lu Xiao Yu's Wite-Out part 1), and the instrumental interlude being "Lu Xiao Yu."
