History

Pearl Harbor was established in 1956. The school was surrounded by military housing in the late fifties. As time went on enrollments decreased due to the opening of other schools around the area.

Presidential visit

The school was visited by President George W Bush on 23 October 2003. During the visit Laura Bush read to a second-grade class to promote her reading initiative. Fire prevention week
