Potomac Mills is a shopping mall in Woodbridge, VA in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. It is located near Interstate 95 between Smoketown Road, Telegraph Road and the Prince William Parkway.

The mall was the first in the Mills Corporation's chain of shopping malls, and has over 225 retailers and an 18-screen AMC movie theater. On May 15, 2008, the Simon Property Group announced plans to add another 50,000 square feet to the mall along the south side.Fact|date=August 2008 The expansion will span between the AMC Theatres and the Costco, with 30,000 square feet planned for sit down restaurants and 20,000 square feet for new retail. Construction is slated to be completed in 2010.
