leadership development programs, expanded its work inCongregation-based Community Organizing , created the blog and online action center jspot.org, and raised or directed $3 million to help low-income communities redevelop areas affected byHurricane Katrina. JFSJ has also continued its grantmaking to support organizing in low-income communities while operating a $7.5 million loan fund for community economic development.
