This snail lives from shallow depths to about 110 m.
hell description
The shell resembles "
Zeacolpus symmetricus ", except that the primary cords are weaker and the secondary sculpture is stronger.The shell coloration is whitish-cream crossed by irregular bands of fawn, which tend to parallel the growth lines and to form brown spots on crossing the primaries. Most specimens, when fresh, are pinkish fawn.
The shell height is up to 31 mm, and the width is up to 9 mm.
