Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University between January2006 and March2008 .Jennings earned the B.A. degree in sociology from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., in 1972. He received the M. A. degree in educational psychology (1974) and an Ed.S. degree in interrelated learning (1979) from
Clark Atlanta University . In 1982, Jennings also earned a Doctor of Education degree in educational administration and policy studies from Clark Atlanta University.
