road bicycle racing stage race held annually and typically during late October and early November in several locations inGuatemala . The competition carries aUCI rating of 2.2 and is part of theUCI America Tour , which is one of sixUCI Continental Circuits sponsored by theUnion Cycliste Internationale , the sport's international governing body.
