USS "Otsego" is a name used more than once by the U.S. Navy:

* USS Otsego (1840) was a small schooner obtained on loan from the Army in 1840 for action against the Seminole Indians.

* USS Otsego (1863) was a gunboat commissioned in the spring of 1864.

* "Hydra", a light draft monitor originally called USS Tunxis (1864), was renamed USS Otsego (1869) 10 August 1869.
