Emile Armand (pseud. of Ernest-Lucien Juin Armand). (1872 — 1962). French
individualist anarchist . Wrote "Poésies composées en prison", "l'Initiation individualiste anarchiste" (1923) & "La révolution sexuelle et la camaraderie amoureuse" (1934).He founded "Ligue Antimilitariste" in 1902 with
Albert Libertad and George Mathias Paraf-Javal, another intransigent individualist. Émile Armand and Joseph Albert Libertad wrote in the newspaper "The Anarachie".Armand said, "The individual or association ought to be able, without having to take into consideration anybody else whatsoever, to consume its own output, or exchange it either gratis or for something else, and furthermore, it should be open to it to choose those with whom it will exchange its products and what it will receive in their stead."
