Olympic medal record Men's Field Hockey Bronze 1984 Barcelona Team Competition Mansoor Ahmed is a hockey player from Pakistan.
A Goalkeeper, Mansoor Ahmed played between 1986 and 1997, he was capped 238 times. He won Bronze in the 1976 Olympics and Gold at the 1984 Olympics. Ahmed was a runner-up at the 1990 World Cup, but won 1984 World Cup.
In 1996, at the Olympics in Atlanta, Ahmed captained the Pakistani hockey team to a sixth place finish. Despite their showing, he was kept as their captain until a sixth place finish at the Champion's Cup in 1997.[1]
