Joe Bloggins, or "Private Bloggins", is a hypothetical Canadian soldier referred to in training, often when giving a cautionary example of incompetence leading to misfortune. Earlier references to Seaman Bloggins occur in the Royal Canadian Navy.Fact|date=February 2007
