History
On January 13, 1939 the club merged with Maya to be named Juventus, however one year the club reverted back to its old name leaving for club maya to become defunct.
In 1974-1975, the club rebranded itself as Negocios Internacionales and it only lasted one year reverting back to Juventud Olímpica.
They were relegated from Primera División de Fútbol Profesional after 2000 season. They currently play in the Terecea División de Fútbol Salvadoreño after being relegated in 2004. In 2007. the club ceased operations and no longer exist.
