high school in their locality which will help the people to achieve quality education at an affordable price and at the nearest place.From the start SRNHS has been a pioneer for Investigatory project, which is the main reason the school was qualified to be converted as Philippine Science High School Bicol Region Campus. The school bags both National and International Award for Investigatory Project. The school was once a representative of the Philippines in the Investigatory Project defense at
Brunei andSingapore .The graduates of the school are evidence that proves the quality of its education. One of the graduates is a writer in GMA 7's
soap opera entitled "Mulawin " who was invited as speaker last 2006 Graduation.The school was formerly headed by Grigelda S. Pan, the principal for more than a decade and the piuoneering in making the school popular and well-known all over
Bicolandia and the Philippines.After Ms. Pan, Mrs. Casiles took-over the position as principal which arise a very big issue of discipline and mis management which was said as the fault of the principal unknowingly it wasn't her fault but by the faculty whom did not support her leadership.
After Mrs. Casiles who was promoted and was transferred to other school, Mr. Sadsad took over the management and still holds the position.
The school is also known for its extracurricular activity and the Majorette which is the pride of the school.
