Imperial Chinese Army was the ground force of the military of Imperial China.

The army varied in size over the years and weakened towards the end of the the Imperial rule over China.

Troop Strength

* Tang Dynasty - height of rule had 500,000 men
* Song Dynasty - height of rule had 1,000,000 men
* Yuan Dynasty - mostly from the Mongol Empire with a strength of 250,000 men.

* Ming Dynasty - troop strength of 1,000,000 men.
