Edward L. Jennings, Jr. (born July, 1968) in Gainesville, Florida.

Jennings served as a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida from 2000 to 2005 [http://www.myfloridahouse.gov/Sections/Representatives/details.aspx?MemberId=4199&SessionId=36] . Also important to note that he served as President of Florida Blue Key in 1994.

* He was the First Vice Chair of Florida Caucus of Black State Legislators.
