Theodore Cotillo Barbarossa (1906 - 1992) was an American sculptor active primarily in
New York City ,Washington, D.C. , andBoston .Barbarossa was born in
Ludlow, Vermont , and studied at theMassachusetts College of Art andYale University . He then became a sculptor inNew York City , lived for a time inBelmont, Massachusetts andAlton, New Hampshire , and died at theLahey Clinic inBurlington, Massachusetts .Barbarossa was a fellow of the
National Sculpture Society , and a member of theNational Academy of Design , theAllied Artists of America , and theAudubon Artists .Selected works
