Simon Kennedy was born in Manchester, United Kingdom, in September 1967 and is an English sports agent best known for his representation of leading sports figures such as Brian Lara [ [http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1O142-LaraBrianCharles.html Brian Charles Lara - Encyclopedia.com ] ] , Stan Collymore [ [http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/5357862.stm BBC SPORT | Football | Collymore cool on Australia move ] ] , Ian BishopFact|date=October 2007 and Jimmy WhiteFact|date=October 2007.

An ex RAF Officer and qualified pilot, he started his sports management career in 1999 and created one of the fastest growing sports agencies in the UK market, Time Management Global Limited. This company was sold to Base Group plc in 2002 [ [http://bankrupt.com/misc/Base_Group.htm Base Group plc ] ] , where upon he took the role as Group Director with overall responsibility for the Football Division. The company had clients such as Terry Venables, Glenn Roeder [ [http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/chelsea/3668516.stm BBC SPORT | Football | My Club | Chelsea | Roeder Chelsea link denied ] ] , Michael Ricketts [ [http://www.expressandstar.com/2006/10/24/ricketts-spurns-saddlers/ Ricketts spurns Saddlers: Express & Star ] ] , Steve Sidwell, Gilberto Silva, Aaron Lennon and Magnus Hedman. He left the company in December 2004 and later formed a new sports agency called International Artists LimitedFact|date=October 2007 that continues to represent sporting clients.

He was educated at Manchester University where he studied Law; and Cass Business School, London, where he attained an MBA qualification in International Business.
