The original plot was dropped in 1991. The new roommate plot was made in 1992. Sadly the comic was canceled due to a major Hiatus in 1992.

Webtoon

In 1994 after being turned down a television deal for GreedTV it was put up on the web with the roommate plot in place. GreedToonz (1994 -1997) was a major break through for Mike and Lewis. In 1997 due to a controversy rumor about the season finallie for season 2 that you could see in the background an old lady getting shot in the face, a guy hanging himself, and a guy beating up his girlfriend. Mike and Lewis apoligized the next day

Mike And Lewis: I am terribly sorry for the rumours that you guys have been hearing about the last cartoon. None of these rumors are true. We are canceleing the show so you guys can't give us shit about it anymore. So be angry at the assholes who made the rumors not us.
