- Paragon
Paragon is a word that means ideal: model of excellence or perfection of a kind; one having no equal; a perfect embodiment of a concept. Also, in modern fantasy it is typically a synonym of paladin or templar, a holy defender of justice and of divine nature. This latter usage is very rare, however.
