Whatcom County ,Washington onAugust 25 ,1900 . He was ordained a priest onJune 11 ,1927 . OnJuly 13 , 1956, Glenn was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Duluth. OnSeptember 12 ,1956 , Glenn received episcopal consecration.On
June 27 ,1960 , Glenn was appointed as Bishop of the Crookston Diocese. OnJuly 24 ,1970 , he resigned. He died onJanuary 26 ,1985 as Bishop Emeritus of Crookston.References
