Eraze (spelled: erAze) is a Finnish metal band, founded by August Creven with Pete Myllynen in 2002.

First songs were composed, recorded and released in late 2003, such as "The Man With A Hand Of Iron" and "Highest Order", with Mika Lönnström, who also performed as the lead vocalist.Eraze released their first demo recording "The Man With A Hand Of Iron" in early 2004.Second demo recording was planned to be released during the summer of 2004, but as it was postponed, it finally turned out to be a four songs EP "Leave No Stone Unturned" released by FrenzyBite Music, including two new songs "Leave no Stone Unturned" and "Line Of Sight".

The band had strong success with their song "Line of sight" in the Finnish free music site Mikseri.net, achieving four times the first position and other positions in Top-40 list for over 10 weeks.
