Silvena is known as the "Queen of Eastern European Cuisine". An outspoken TV chef presenter and food writer, Silvena has - in her own words - "a strong and ballsy" TV presence. Her style of cuisine has been described as honest, robust and rugged.
Silvena lives in
France andTurkey with her British husband Malcolm and her two sons.Silvena was the midweek food writer for
