Valeri Sarychev (born January 12, 1960) was a Tajikistan-Korean footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His Korean name is Shin Eui-Son (Korean language: 신의손, Hanja: 申宜孫) which means "God's hand", because he has extremely good ability in goalkeeping in K-League.

He naturalized in Korea Republic in 2000. And he retired in May, 2005. Now he is coaching Goalkeepers for Gyeongnam FC.
