McGill Science Undergraduate Research Journal (mSURJ) is a student-founded and student-run scientific journal. The peer-reviewed journal was first published in 2006 and exists to recognize, to encourage, and to promote undergraduate research at McGill University. It is one of the first undergraduate research journals in North America to select articles on a competitive, peer-review basis. Unlike many other scientific journals at McGill which are dedicated to a specific field, mSURJ covers the full range of scientific disciplines. Submissions include both research papers and review articles; however, all research must have been conducted at McGill. The journal also publishes a limited number of non peer-reviewed interest pieces such as interviews with prominent scientists, editorials, and feature articles.
mSURJ is based in Montréal, Quebec, Canada.
